Two Day Rental includes: 9am entry day one, use of the Victorian House, 1890 Main Ballroom, Cocktail Barn, and Groom's Lounge, 1 night accommodations in the Victorian House for up to 12 guests, and 11:00pm end time on day two. (Additional apartment suite available for rent)

Friday-Saturday or Saturday-Sunday: $15,000

OMG! I love 1890 Event Space! As a Wedding Officiant I have seen so many Wedding Venues, but 1890 Event Space is one of my all time favorite outdoor venue spaces! As soon as you pull onto the property you just feel warm and cozy! There is a sense of magic in the air. I love the owner! I recommend them without hesitation.
