Two Day Rental includes: 9am entry day one, use of the Victorian House, 1890 Main Ballroom, Cocktail Barn, and Groom's Lounge, 1 night accommodations in the Victorian House for up to 14 guests, and 11:00pm end time on day two. (Additional apartment suite available for rent) 

Friday-Saturday or Saturday-Sunday: $18,000
Thursday - Friday: $14,000

The Fields Reception Venue, Bridal Suite, Grooms Suite & Amphitheatre Ceremony Site

Saturday & Holidays: $6,500
Friday, Sunday $5,000
Weekday $4,000
Ceremony Only $2,500 (Based on Availability Only)

Bar Package Pricing Choose from 3 Packages: Bronze, Silver or Gold

Alcohol can only be served at 1890 Event Space & The Fields Event Space via our bar packages.
We will determine how many bartenders are needed based on your guest count.
Bar packages include: cups, sodas, tonic water, club soda, fruit juices and garnishes.
Local Sales Tax & Service Fee will be added to the total beverage package.
